We have over 13 years’ experience in the industry, so we have the skills and the knowhow to help our customers design and implement luxurious, high quality outdoor spaces for both homes and business.
Our team may be spread between cities in the UK and China, but we are united by our passion for delivering a high-quality product with the best possible service.
We have a team of people working from our office in Changzhou, China, who are tasked with producing our products within a strict quality control process.
Our UK team will deal with you in all aspects of your order, providing you with initial advice, implementing your order and providing and aftercare service you require.

Sam – Technical Manager (Changzhou Office)
Sam has a degree in Wood Plastic Composites and is responsible for quality of SAiGE’s decking products. Sam spends long periods of time at our factory where he oversees production, ensures 100% quality compliance and makes sure that the decking is all packaged securely prior to despatch. Sam also works with John to develop new products and ensure that we stay on top of quality and industry trends.
Julie – Office Manager (Changzhou Office)
Julie is a highly skilled and competent Office Manager. Having run her own successful businesses in the past she is a key member of the SAiGE/Sino Team. She is responsible for managing the team in the Changzhou Office, ensures consistent high-quality standards and makes sure we find the very best suppliers for our UK customers. Julie is also Harriet’s Chinese Twin they have identical laughs – if you have met either of them then you know that when they are together it is very noisy!
Carol – Account Manager (Stratford-upon-Avon Office)
Carol has a background in Customer Logistics Management with a Multinational company and SAiGE are very lucky to have her as a key member of our team. Carol joined the SAiGE team in 2016 and looks after many of our key accounts she is responsible for Processing Sales orders and making sure orders are delivered on time. Rachel – Administrative Assistant (Stratford upon Avon Office)
Rachel has been an Executive PA to the stars and we are delighted to have her join our team and get us all organised. Rachel offers Admin and Customer Support for the SAiGE team and can be contacted via emailing [email protected]
Harriet – Director (Stratford-upon-Avon Office)
Harriet has a varied background in Business Management and Event Planning during 6 1/2 years in Australia and Sales and Recruitment experience from working in the UK prior to that. Harriet returned from Australia in 2011 to assist in the development and running of the family business. She is responsible for new business and marketing.
